Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Our refund and returns policy last for 24 hr. If 24 hr have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. does not accept cancellation requests for any downloadable products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of any Refunds approved by the Course Point, it’ll take 3-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

To complete your refund, we require order number or your registered email or phone number to track your order details.

Once you request a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment, within 3 to 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
